Check availability.

Every tier already covers the room, the AV, and the team. Add the services you want — the total below updates as you go.

Page 1 · Upgrade components

These are what VIP LUXE includes. Add the ones you want — cross $4,999 and the full production unlocks.

Tables

$15/ table

Banquet tables for dinner service, gifts, cake or a grazing spread. Set in place before your guests arrive. Six available.

Chairs

$6/ chair

Seating for a sit-down dinner, speeches or a ceremony setup — on top of the lounge seating already in the room. Forty available.

Stage Pieces

$100/ piece

Modular 4ft x 4ft stage decks — build a riser for a head table, a performance, a ceremony or the cake moment. Combine them into whatever footprint you need. Six available.

A la carte, stacked on the flat.

These aren’t part of the VIP LUXE bundle — they sit on top. Price adds to your total as you check.

Photographer

$149/ hr

In-house photographer — arrival portraits, candid coverage, group shots. Full raw gallery delivered after the event; touched-up edits available separately.

Videographer

$149/ hr

A videographer capturing the night — the room, the entrance, the toast, the dance floor. Shot on the Sony A7S III with the Sony FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM II full-frame G Master lens. Full raw footage delivered after the event; edited pieces available separately.

Extended Hour (past 6H)

$500/ hr

Hold the room past the six-hour VIP LUXE block. $500 per additional hour on evenings & weekends, $299 per hour on weekday & daytime bookings — full staff, bar, and AV operator stay on the clock. For the nights that don't want to end at the last cued moment.

Step 3 of 4 · Transport

Pick a sedan, Sprinter, stretch, or party coach in the next step — or skip transport. Either path advances to deposit checkout.
